FLORAX 3001 PLUS
A water-based floor/ wall sealer & surface hardener. Manufactured based on state of the art hybrid acrylic technology, it has exceptional adhesion, abrasion and weather resistance properties. This product is also highly breathable.
- Specially formulated to adhere on a variety of substrates, including ceramic tiles, natural stone, terrazzo & polished concrete which are properly prepared.
- Due to its high chemical and abrasion resistance, it is highly recommended to use as an anti graffiti wall coating.
- Also recommended to use as an anti carbonation coating for building structures.
- Areas of application include car parks, warehouses, HUT rooms, laboratory, exhibition hall, hospitals, schools, sports complex and etc.

An Exposed Glass Aggregate Finish
A ready-to-use, colored or uncolored (depending on desired effect) mix of cement, silica sand, admixtures, and decorative glass designed for application by the dry shake method over freshly poured concrete surfaces.

S-CRETE HF
A trowel applied, polyurethane topping with an end finishing thickness of 6-9 mm screed. Functionally formulated to withstand severe chemical, mechanical, and thermal damages in industrial applications and repairing systems with a Matt and anti-skid finish.
- Mechanically durable to be used on flooring for loading docks and warehouses. Its anti-skid finish makes it ideal to be used in oily/ slippery service condition where the factor of safety is concerned.
- Area of application includes kitchen, beverage processing and packaging plants. It is also suitable for areas where chemical resistance is required, such as in chemical processing plant, containment area and wash down rooms.
- Alternatively, it is also suitable for areas where thermal shock resistance is required, such as with flooring for freezers, refrigerators, and oven installed spaces.
